We offer 'at cost' delivery of your order using the most economical service possible.

Goods will be delivered by Courier ( up to 25 kg ), or packed on a wooden pallet when heavier than 25 kg.
The delivery price for the products that you order with us is calculated automatically at the checkout.
This is based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
For orders delivered on a pallet, you will have the option to select 'next day' or 'five day' service.

We will always contact you after you place an order to arrange the most convenient delivery day for you.
Deliveries are made on weekdays; high surcharges apply for Saturday morning deliveries.
We endevour to dispatch in stock items within 3 days, but if you are working to a tighter deadline please call and we will be happy to assist you.

Overnight parcel service:
We use this service to deliver our range of ceramic handbasins and some of the lighter granite basins.
Heavier granite basins will be delivered on a small wooden pallet if they exceed 25 kg in weight.
We can send up to 25kg per parcel (this includes enhanced insurance cover).

Pallet delivery: ( Conditions apply for vehicle access )
Indicated for large, heavy goods that can be transported on a pallet.
Up to 1000kg can be delivered on a single FULL pallet , such as aggregate in bulk bags, rock, granite products.

Please note that most of our deliveries are made on QUARTER pallets and HALF pallets at reduced rates.
Charges are made for each pallet delivered.

This image shows the size of vehicle that will deliver your pallet; please ensure that you have suitable access for a rigid lorry (up to 6 m long) otherwise additional delivery charges may be made.
Deliveries normally occur between 7am and 6pm.
Goods are off-loaded from the rear Tail-platform to the ground, and then moved on a manual pallet trolley to the nearest hard standing.
The pallet trolley can only manouver on level, hard paved surfaces.
This independent haulage company is contracted to deliver to kerb side only, and the driver is not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.
Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the pallet.
If in doubt, please check with us before contracting this service.
Failed deliveries for whatever reason are still charged to the customer.

International delivery: We currently have automatic shipping set up for the UK (including ROI), Channel Islands, Isle of White, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Luxemberg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, San Marino and Denmark.
If you live outside one of these countries please contact us with your enquiry and we will quote you the delivery costs.
